The architecture integrates six complementary scientific frameworks while distinguishing conceptual principles from specific devices, algorithms and patent-protected implementations.

Aurealix is organized as a technology-independent architecture for physiological observation, functional interpretation, state estimation, uncertainty-aware reasoning, transition modelling and long-term model alignment.

APR adds a longitudinal temporal perspective without replacing the established responsibilities of AFN, APIM, NSPP, BNPSS and STM. Historical evidence and validation interact across the complete architecture.

Conceptual architecture is not yet a finished technology.

The Aurealix Architecture defines scientific questions, interfaces and validation directions. It does not claim that a complete software platform, therapeutic system or clinically validated implementation already exists.

Specific sensing modalities, computational methods and therapeutic technologies remain implementation-dependent and require separate technical and scientific validation.
